What's the booking timeline?
We recommend 4-6 months minimum. For Serengeti migration during peak season (June-September), book 8-12 months in advance to secure prime camps.
What if I'm not sure about fitness for Kilimanjaro?
We'll assess honestly. We provide fitness guidelines and can recommend safari-only itineraries if Kilimanjaro isn't appropriate for your current level.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We work with camps and lodges that handle vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements. Just specify during planning.
What's included in pricing?
Everything in Tanzania: accommodations, guides, vehicles, meals, park fees, permits, domestic flights. International flights and personal gear are your responsibility. No hidden costs.
Do you offer payment plans?
30% deposit to confirm booking. Balance due 60 days before departure. We accept wire transfers and major credit cards.
