Upon approval, we secure accommodations, permits, guides, and logistics. You receive detailed preparation materials: fitness guidance, gear checklists, health requirements, and pre-departure protocols.

Payment structure: 30% deposit to secure reservations. Balance due 60 days before departure. Clear payment terms. No surprise fees.

We remain available for questions throughout your preparation. Need gear recommendations? Altitude training advice? We're responsive.

Timeline: Book 4-6 months in advance (minimum 8-12 months for peak season Serengeti migration). Preparation materials provided immediately upon booking.
